Very great service and very knowledgeable and reasonable in price I really appreciate that they are so conscientious of your home and wear booties when they come in. Maybe not necessary but just an added nice touch that I really appreciate. Mainly they just were very knowledgeable and that is the most important thing to me.

Damien is the best plumber I've worked with. He was clear in what would be done and gave the best options for our budget. He went out of his way to correct prior mistakes in plumbing that where made. 10 out of 10 would recommend Lilac plumbing for there plumbing needs

Damien was awesome. I called another company first but they couldn’t come out for two weeks. I then called Lilac and their dispatcher got Damien to me within 30 minutes. He quickly found the leak causing water problems in my downstairs hall and caught some other issues too. The whole job was finished in just a couple hours. I couldn’t be happier and I’ll definitely use them again!

I needed a plumber right away and Damien showed up within a half hour. He assessed my toilet issue and went over my options with me very thoroughly. After he removed my old toilet he found worse problems than unexpected due to an unprofessional rebuild in the past. He stayed and solved all the problems well past regular hours at no extra charge. He was friendly and pleasant and talked me through everything, explaining my options at every turn. I am super happy with the result and highly recommend Lilac City Plumbers.

We have worked with several different plumbers this year and Lilac City Plumbing has been the greatest by far. We had a plumbing emergency and Damien was there within two hours to fix it (and we live clear out in the country). He went above and beyond in helping us and we will absolutely be calling them again in the future. We highly recommend this company!!

Best plumber in Spokane hands down! When I called I spoke to Donna who was friendly and so helpful, she got me scheduled same day in less than 45 minutes Gabe came to my house. I needed my water heater fixed because it was leaking and making weird noises. Gabe gave me three options to make repairs or replace and now I have a brand new water heater and piece of mind. I was treated so well by everyone on the team that I will happily recommend Lilac City Plumbing to anyone who need emergency repair at a fair price.

These guys came out ON A SUNDAY right away, figured out what was going on in my kitchen to make it rain indoors, showed me the complicated plumbing in my new house, and fix the problem. They were friendly, warm, knowledgeable, and informative. Love these guys.

Damien and his apprentice came out for a leaking sink and had the problem fixed in no time! They were very courteous and professional and answered some questions about some other issues too! I am happy to recommend them and I’m sure I’ll use them again!

Damien from Lilac City Plumbing came out to help diagnose a water pressure issue with my sprinkler system, and I couldn't be more impressed. He was thorough and professional at every step. He walked me through all the available options and ultimately recommending the lowest-cost solution because it was the right fit for my situation, even though it only earned him a basic service call fee. That kind of honesty is rare, and the fee itself was very reasonable given the time and attention he gave me.
Lilac City Plumbing has earned a customer for life. As long as they're in business, I won't call anyone else for my plumbing needs. They are genuinely, refreshingly honest with their clients and that means everything.
As an added bonus, Damien is just a great guy! Very personable, engaging, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend this business without hesitation!
