Clean Water Starts With One Call

Signs You Need Water Filtration In Coeur D'Alene

Well water with strong mineral taste or sulfur odor

Orange or brown staining on sinks, tubs, and fixtures from iron

White scale buildup on appliances from hard water minerals

Cloudy or discolored water especially after heavy rainfall

Concern about agricultural runoff or well water contaminants

Skin irritation or dry hair from unfiltered well water

Our Water Filtration Services Include

Whole-Home Water Filtration System Installation

North Idaho well water often contains high levels of iron, manganese, and sediment that affect every tap in your home. Lilac City Plumbing installs whole-home water filtration systems throughout Coeur d'Alene and surrounding areas — giving every faucet, shower, and appliance clean filtered water every single day.

Under-Sink Reverse Osmosis System Installation

Coeur d'Alene area well water can contain nitrates, bacteria, and other contaminants that require more than basic filtration. Our licensed plumbers install under-sink reverse osmosis systems that remove up to 99% of contaminants — giving your family the purest drinking water straight from the tap.

Water Softener Installation and Service

Hard water is a common problem throughout North Idaho — leaving scale on fixtures, shortening appliance life, and making skin and hair feel dry. For water filtration Coeur d'Alene homes depend on, Lilac City Plumbing installs and services water softeners that eliminate hard water problems throughout your entire plumbing system.

Sediment and Carbon Filter Replacement

Seasonal changes in North Idaho stir up sediment in well water and local supplies — clogging filters faster than city water systems. Our plumbers inspect, service, and replace sediment and carbon filters throughout the Coeur d'Alene area, keeping your water clean and your system running efficiently year round.

Water Quality Testing and Analysis

Well water in the Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls area can vary significantly from property to property. We start with professional water quality testing to identify exactly what is in your water — then recommend the most effective water filtration Coeur d'Alene properties need with no overselling and no guesswork.

UV Purification System Installation

Well water in North Idaho carries a higher risk of bacterial contamination than municipal supplies. UV purification systems destroy bacteria, viruses, and microorganisms without chemicals — giving Coeur d'Alene families an essential extra layer of protection for their drinking water every day.

Very great service and very knowledgeable and reasonable in price I really appreciate that they are so conscientious of your home and wear booties when they come in. Maybe not necessary but just an added nice touch that I really appreciate. Mainly they just were very knowledgeable and that is the most important thing to me.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Damien was awesome. I called another company first but they couldn’t come out for two weeks. I then called Lilac and their dispatcher got Damien to me within 30 minutes. He quickly found the leak causing water problems in my downstairs hall and caught some other issues too. The whole job was finished in just a couple hours. I couldn’t be happier and I’ll definitely use them again!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I needed a plumber right away and Damien showed up within a half hour. He assessed my toilet issue and went over my options with me very thoroughly. After he removed my old toilet he found worse problems than unexpected due to an unprofessional rebuild in the past. He stayed and solved all the problems well past regular hours at no extra charge. He was friendly and pleasant and talked me through everything, explaining my options at every turn. I am super happy with the result and highly recommend Lilac City Plumbers.

We had a plumbing emergency and Damien was there within two hours to fix it (and we live clear out in the country). He went above and beyond in helping us and we will absolutely be calling them again in the future. We highly recommend this company!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Best plumber in Spokane hands down! When I called I spoke to Donna who was friendly and so helpful, she got me scheduled same day in less than 45 minutes Gabe came to my house. I needed my water heater fixed because it was leaking and making weird noises. Gabe gave me three options to make repairs or replace and now I have a brand new water heater and piece of mind. I was treated so well by everyone on the team that I will happily recommend Lilac City Plumbing to anyone who need emergency repair at a fair price.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Damien from Lilac City Plumbing came out to help diagnose a water pressure issue with my sprinkler system, and I couldn't be more impressed. He was thorough and professional at every step. He walked me through all the available options and ultimately recommending the lowest-cost solution because it was the right fit for my situation, even though it only earned him a basic service call fee. That kind of honesty is rare, and the fee itself was very reasonable given the time and attention he gave me.
Lilac City Plumbing has earned a customer for life. As long as they're in business, I won't call anyone else for my plumbing needs. They are genuinely, refreshingly honest with their clients and that means everything.
As an added bonus, Damien is just a great guy! Very personable, engaging, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend this business without hesitation!
