Do you charge for estimates?

We believe in being upfront — we do not offer free estimates. Instead, we charge a $79 dispatch fee for a service visit. When we arrive, you’ll get a professional, fully equipped technician ready to diagnose and fix your problem — not a salesperson with a clipboard. We’re not here to be the cheapest quote in town, we’re here to be the best value. The $79 dispatch fee is always 100% waived when you proceed with any repair.

I then called Lilac and their dispatcher got Damien to me within 30 minutes. He quickly found the leak causing water problems in my downstairs hall and caught some other issues too. He assessed my toilet issue and went over my options with me very thoroughly.   After he removed my old toilet he found worse problems than unexpected due to an unprofessional rebuild in the past.    He stayed and solved all the problems well past regular hours at no extra charge.   He was friendly and pleasant and talked me through everything, explaining my options at every turn. When I called I spoke to Donna who was friendly and so helpful, she got me scheduled same day in less than 45 minutes Gabe came to my house. I needed my water heater fixed because it was leaking and making weird noises. Gabe gave me three options to make repairs or replace and now I have a brand new water heater and piece of mind.
