We use an industry standard flat rate pricing system tailored to our service area to insure upfront and honest pricing every time. This ensures that our pricing is fair, consistent, regardless of how long the job takes or who performs the work. 

Our flat rate pricing model is built to give you peace of mind. 

Our pricing includes all necessary materials, with a standard markup to cover the cost of consumables and a depreciated value for tools and equipment required for the job, the overhead associated with running a small business and profit for the company. Everything is built in to one price and no work begins until you approve.

Our dispatch fee covers the cost of sending a licensed bonded and insured plumber to your home or business with a fully equipped vehicle. It’s the minimum charge needed to ensure that a qualified professional is available at a time that’s convenient for you. We also apply this fee as a discount to your final invoice if you choose to move forward with the work at time of service. 

While we don’t offer free estimates, we do provide a solution for customers who want an initial assessment without the cost of a service call. Through our website, you can submit at least three photos and a video of the issue you’re experiencing. Based on the accuracy of the information you provide, we will respond with an estimate within 24 hours. Please note that this estimate is a general guideline and we may need to conduct an on-site visit to fully assess the problem. Emergencies always require an on-site visit.
